Terms of Service

Last updated: March 9, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Connectient platform ("Service"), operated by Full Stack Collective LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Connectient is a cloud-based healthcare appointment management platform that enables healthcare practices to manage appointment requests, patient pre-registration, scheduling, and related workflows.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes.

3. Accounts and Access

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at support@connectient.co
  • Ensuring all users you invite to your practice account comply with these Terms

You may not share your account credentials or permit access to the platform by individuals not authorised under your subscription plan.

4. Subscription and Payment

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription following any applicable free trial period.

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • We may suspend access to the Service for non-payment

Your subscription plan determines the number of user seats available to your practice. Exceeding your seat limit requires an upgrade to a higher plan.

A free trial is available for new accounts. No payment details are required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software underlying the Service
  • Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive content
  • Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our express written consent

6. Patient Data and Healthcare Compliance

Connectient processes patient data, including Protected Health Information (PHI), on behalf of healthcare providers. As a healthcare provider using the Service:

  • You are responsible for obtaining any consents required from patients for the collection and processing of their data
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable healthcare privacy laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • You must enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with us before processing PHI through the platform if required by applicable law

We maintain appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect PHI processed through the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service offers optional integrations with third-party services, including Google Calendar. Your use of third-party integrations is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

When you connect a third-party integration, you authorise us to interact with that service on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy and within the scope of permissions you grant.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, content, and branding, is owned by Full Stack Collective LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Full Stack Collective LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we reasonably determine to be harmful to the Service or other users.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@connectient.co. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion will occur in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by notifying you by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.
