Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Connectient's healthcare appointment management platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access and use Connectient for healthcare appointment scheduling and management purposes, subject to the following restrictions:
- You must not modify or copy the materials without authorization
- You must not use the materials for any commercial purpose without a valid subscription
- You must not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Connectient's platform
- You must not remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring your use complies with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations
Service Description
Connectient provides a cloud-based healthcare appointment management platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the service without notice or liability.
HIPAA Compliance
As a healthcare technology provider, we maintain HIPAA compliance for all Protected Health Information (PHI) processed through our platform. Healthcare providers using our service must enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with us and ensure their own compliance with applicable healthcare privacy regulations.
Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to:
- Change our pricing with 30 days notice
- Suspend service for non-payment
- Charge late fees for overdue accounts
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Connectient or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our service, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
